Multi-City Video Production Across Arizona
Statewide coverage. One local crew.
If your business shows up in Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and three places in between, your video should still look like it came from one brand. Regal Fierce Media handles multi-city video production across Arizona with the same team, the same gear, and the same standard at every stop.

Five Cities, Five Vendors, Five Different-Looking Videos
It always starts sensibly. The Phoenix office books a local videographer. Tucson uses someone a manager knows. Flagstaff finds a freelancer with good reviews.
Then the footage comes back, and none of it belongs together. Warm light in one city, cold in another. One crew shot everything handheld, another locked everything off. Three different reads of the same brief.
Now your editor is color-matching footage that was never going to match, and a campaign meant to look like one brand looks like a folder of unrelated clips.
Multi-city video production exists to solve that, and it is a coordination problem before it is a creative one.
Color. Five camera profiles that never quite match, versus one profile shot everywhere.
Sound. Different mics and different rooms, versus one audio standard on every setup.
Framing. Interview height and background drifting city to city, versus settings locked once and repeated.
Pacing. Five editors with five house rhythms, versus one edit bay cutting the whole set.
The brief. Five interpretations you discover on delivery, versus one team that was in the kickoff call.
What Gets Captured on a Multi-City Run
Most projects are built around one primary need, then pick up secondary content at each stop while the crew is already standing there. That is where the economics of multi-location video production start working in your favor.
Location and Facility Footage
Every site shot the same way, so a viewer sees one brand with several addresses instead of several businesses.
Team and Leadership Interviews
Regional managers, founders, and staff filmed in one setup across every market, ready to cut into a single film or run separately.
Customer and Member Stories
Testimonials gathered where your customers actually are, which matters when your credibility is local in each city.
Multi-stop series and roadshows covered by the same crew, so the fourth stop looks like the first.
Product, Service, and Process Demos
The same demonstration filmed at several facilities, useful when equipment, layout, or staffing differs by site.
Aerial and Exterior Coverage
Drone and exterior work at each location, captured on the same pass instead of scheduled as its own project later.
Where We Shoot
None of that matters if we do not cover the cities you operate in. Every location below is regular production ground for the same crew.

Southern Arizona
Home base. Our studio, our gear, and the crew that travels everywhere else on this page. Tucson

Phoenix Metro and the East Valley
The corridor we run most often, and the reason most multi-city projects start here. Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert

West Valley and Northern Arizona
Further out, but routed into the same trip when the schedule is planned properly. Buckeye, Sedona, Flagstaff.
If your location sits outside that list and inside Arizona, it usually just becomes another stop on the route.
How the Route Works
The money on a multi-city project is saved or wasted in the routing, not the filming.
1. Scope and Route
1
We map your locations, decide what gets captured where, and sequence the cities so travel and crew days are shared instead of repeated.
2. One Brief, One Spec Sheet
2
Camera settings, lighting, interview framing, audio standard, and shot list are locked before the first drive. Every city gets the same document because every city gets the same crew.
3. The Run
3
We work the route. Your contact at each site gets a schedule and a short list of what we need from them, so nobody is guessing when the van pulls up.
4. One Post Pipeline
4
All footage lands in one edit. Same grade, same mix, same graphics, same pacing. The set is delivered together in the formats each channel needs.
Who This Is Built For
Multi-Location Businesses and Franchises Brands with three or thirty sites that need every location represented without the brand fragmenting.
Healthcare Systems and Clinic Groups Facility tours, provider introductions, and patient education filmed to one standard across every location.
Universities, Credit Unions, and Member Organizations Satellite campuses and branch networks, where each community expects to see itself and the parent brand at the same time.
Statewide Nonprofits and Event Series Program content from the regions you actually work in, and travelling events where every stop belongs to the same series.
If your footprint does not match any of these, the logic still holds. More than one city means the video should still look like one brand.
Why One Crew Beats a Network
Larger production companies sell multi-city work as a network of vetted local crews. It scales, and for a national rollout it is the only model that works.
Inside Arizona, it is the wrong trade. A network means a new team, new gear, and a new interpretation of your brief in every market, held together by a spec sheet and hope.
We are based in Tucson, and we drive. The people who shot your Phoenix locations are the people who shoot your Tempe and Flagstaff ones. They already know the brief, the framing, and what you said in the kickoff call, because they were in it.
What Clients Say
Multi-City Video Production FAQs
How much does multi-city video production cost?
It depends on how many cities, how many shoot days, and how much gets captured at each stop. Routing several locations into one trip is almost always cheaper than commissioning them as separate projects. Our breakdown of video production cost gives you a working range before you call.
Do you use local crews in each city, or the same team?
The same team. That is the whole model. You get the same people, the same equipment, and the same standard at every location instead of a new vendor to brief in each market.
How many cities can you cover in one project?
There is no fixed cap. What matters is the route and the calendar. Locations near each other can often be covered on consecutive days, which is what keeps the cost per city down.
Do you travel outside Tucson and the Valley?
Yes. Northern Arizona is regular ground for us, and travel is scoped into the quote from the start, so there is no separate surprise for showing up.
Can each location get its own version of the video?
Yes. A common setup is one master brand film plus a short cutdown per market, all built from the same shoot and the same edit so nothing looks off-brand.
What do you need from our teams at each site?
A point of contact, access, and a rough sense of what happens in that building. We send a short prep note ahead of each stop so nobody is scrambling when the crew arrives.
Can we start with two cities and add more later?
Yes, and many clients do. Once the spec sheet exists, adding a market later is straightforward, because we already know exactly how the new footage has to look to match what came before.
One Brand, Every City
If your business operates in more than one Arizona city, your video should not announce that you hired more than one vendor.
Send the list of locations and what each one needs to say. We will build the route, shoot it, and hand back a set of videos that belong together.
